Said guild or players must be active in all aspects in game ip addresses will be checked incase of dual.

Event end date will not be announced meaning at anytime, I The-Man will decide when it ends. So that players remain active.
Population must reach 500 for event to have a end date.
At the end of said event. The player who has recruited the most people/guild and activity.
