I. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
Account Safety: Your account security is your own responsibility. Sharing login details or items with friends or “pilots” is done at your own risk.
No Recovery Policy: The staff will NOT recover any lost items or accounts resulting from password sharing, unauthorized access, or personal trade agreements. Secure your credentials at all times.
II. REPORTING & APPEALS
Evidence Requirements: Valid reports must include clear evidence (High-quality screenshots or video). The violator’s IGN must be visible. Note that staff may require more than one screenshot to verify certain offenses.
Sanction Appeals: If penalized, you may submit an appeal explaining your side. We require a formal apology letter addressed to the affected parties.
Note: All final decisions rest solely with the Administration.

Spreading False Rumors (Slander)

Disrespecting Staff/GMs
Sanction: Penalty depends on severity
Toxic Behavior/Cursing (Race, Religion, Family)
1st Offense: 2 Days Chat Ban
2nd Offense: 7 Days Suspension
3rd Offense: Permanent Ban
Inappropriate IGNs (Gibberish or Offensive)
Sanction: Immediate Character Deletion
Safe Zone Debuffing/Healing
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 1 Day Suspension
3rd Offense: 7 Days Suspension
All nukes dropped before the Halostone Keeper (HSK) appears are considered valid. A nuke is considered “dropped” the moment it leaves the nuker’s inventory or when the notification message appears in chat: “(Race) nuke has appeared on the radar.”
Example: A nuke is dropped, and 15 seconds later, the HSK appears. Since a nuke takes approximately 30 seconds to land, it will impact about 15 seconds after the HSK appears. The countdown will be visible during the final 10 seconds before impact.
This nuke is still considered valid because it was “dropped” before the HSK appeared.
You may nuke in Anywhere in Cragmine as long as HSK is not Safe yet
1st Offense: 3 days ban, tempo wipe and minus 50% of certain points.
2nd Offense: 7 days ban, tempo wipe -and 100% contribution wipe.
3rd Offense: 14 days ban, tempo wipe and 100% contribution wipe.
Planting towers and trap during HSK is safe is not allowed
1st Offense: 1 day ban
2nd Offense: 3 days ban
3rd Offense: perma ban
Staff Impersonation (Fraud)
1st Offense: Permanent Ban
Turret/Terrain Blind Spot Abuse
1st Offense: 1 Day Suspension
2nd Offense: 2 Days Suspension
3rd Offense: 7 Days + Level 1 Rollback
Forced Log-out/Combat Log
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 2 Days Suspension
3rd Offense: Permanent Ban
Cross-Server Promotion
Sanction: PERMA BAN
Intentional CPT/Tempo Feeding
1st Offense: 3 Days Suspension
2nd Offense: 7 Days Suspension
3rd Offense: Permanent Ban
Blocking Racial Buffers
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 2 Days Suspension
IV. COUNCIL PROTOCOLS
Chip War Attendance: All Council members are required to attend 12 out of 21 Chip Wars per week.
Commitment: Do not run for a position if you cannot be active. Appointed staff must follow the same attendance rules.
Council Penalties:
1st Offense: 2 Days Suspension
2nd Offense: 3 Days Suspension
3rd Offense: 7 Days Suspension + CPT WIPE ❌
Special Note: Any Council member who drops a Nuke inside the Core (Rule #8) will receive an immediate CPT Wipe.
Reminder: Trolling other races using “dummy” characters will result in sanctions applied to your Main Account as well. Play fair and respect the community!
